Reservations can be made on our website, by email, or phone. You'll receive your confirmation and booking package via email.

We accept - Visa and Mastercard for payments. Cash & Debit on site.

Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am

Cleaning Fee - Although general housekeeping is included in your cottage rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a min $25 cleaning fee on your credit card.

Damages - You will be responsible for any damages to the cottages, furnishings, property or equipment by yourself or your guest. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.

Gift Certificates - Are non-refundable

Minimum Stay - Please note that during busy season and holidays we may require a minimum stay. 

Pet Policy - Two of our cottages are pet friendly. There will be a extra cleaning fee of $30. Any damages due to your pet will be charged to your credit card. Please call if your looking for a pet room. 

Smoking Policy (general) - For a clean and healthy living environment, our cottages are smoke-free. Any smoking in the cottages will result in a minimum $250 fee to your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating. 

Quiet Time - To respect all guest, quiet time is from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
