Located on New World Island, one of the largest inhabited Islands in Newfoundland. The Island is crossed on your way to Twillingate Island and both islands are connected by a causeway. New World Island has over 16 communities including Summerford, Herring Neck and Moreton's Harbour, featured in Newfoundland's well known folk song, I's the By. As a visitor to this area, you will find yourself in a place like no other.  The people are creative, generous and extremely hospitable.  They love to see new faces and encourage you to try new things, be it outdoor activities or unique and delicious seafood treats.

The cottages have an advantage with location, boat launch and fishing stage complete with running water, fridge, sink, table and chairs. We also have a floating wharf for boats. From the firepit area at night, it will be easy to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
